Once your sample arrives, you should receive an email from Invitae with instructions on how to pay for your test online.
In the email you received, click the “Click Here to Pay” button. After clicking this button, you will be taken to a third-party site Invitae has partnered with to collect payment for your test (https://www.dxlink.com/patientportal/signin.html?cn=invitae#/login)
On the ‘Statement Login’ page, you will need to enter your Accession ID and Date of Birth. The Accession ID can be found in the email you received. After entering your Date of Birth, click the ‘Secure Sign In’ button. You will then be presented with the ‘Outstanding Invoices’ page.
On the ‘Outstanding Invoices’ page, click the “Make a partial payment or pay individual invoices listed below,” which is located below your Accession ID and Name. Note “Total Balance $0” is displayed on this page, please disregard this amount as you will need to enter an amount as described in the next step.
Enter the amount as indicated in the email you received. Enter your Accession ID in the comment box.
After you have entered an amount and a comment, you will be able to click the “Pay Now” button. Click the “Pay Now” button to proceed to Billing Details.
In the ‘Billing Details’ section, enter your credit card number, including the expiration date and 3- or 4-digit credit card security code printed on the front or back of your credit card. Enter the cardholder's first name and last name as it appears on the card. Enter your Accession ID in the Comment box. Finally, enter the street address information that matches your credit card and click the “Pay” button.
After clicking the “Pay” button, you will be presented with a summary of your credit card details. If all of the information is accurate, click the “Confirm” button to submit your payment. If you need to make changes, click the “Cancel” button to make changes.
After your payment has been confirmed, you will be presented with the Payment Receipt page, where you'll have the ability to print, download, or email a copy of your receipt. After reviewing your receipt, click “Finish” to close your current session and logout of the payment portal.
